Crunchy, crumbly bacon, sunflower seeds and beautiful golden raisins, speckle this very green salad and add lots and lots of flavor. The dressing is mayonnaise based, with sugar and red wine vinegar stirred in.
These traditional crepes are made with eggs, milk, flour, salt and oil.
Mushrooms and spinach are pan-fried with egg substitute and two cheeses for a light and tasty omelet.
I make these the night before and bake them in the morning. My family and friends can’t stay out of them. They are very moist and decadently rich.
